At Cool-Pic.com, we strive to provide high-quality digital images for our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

No Returns or Refunds Since our products are digital downloads, they are deemed “used” once they are downloaded or accessed. As a result, purchases on Cool-Pic.com are non-refundable and cannot be returned. We strongly encourage customers to review their selections before making a purchase to ensure they are satisfied with their choice.

Dispute Resolution If you experience any issues with your purchase, you may submit a dispute for review. Disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution. The review process for disputes may take between 7-10 business days, during which our team will assess the claim and provide an appropriate response.

Exceptions In rare cases where a technical issue prevents access to the purchased content, we will work with you to resolve the problem. If a solution cannot be provided, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or replacement image.
